$475

For Newborns: all about maximizing timing, understanding your baby’s sleep needs and development and gradually building a sleep foundation while being responsive and attachment-focused
3-4 months: all about working on learning to fall asleep independently and about the 4 month sleep regression
5 months and up: Employing sleep training methods (with or without parent presence) or a slower, gradual approach depending on your goals, night weaning, early waking, falling asleep independently
2 Years and up: what does holding boundaries look like both at bedtime and for behavior in general? Let’s talk about how to implement gentle parenting strategies at bedtime to help set firm but kind boundaries and get better sleep for all. Take the struggle and back-and-forth out of bedtime and with consistency in both routine and response you will see big changes

How does this work?
Begins with a Family Information Questionnaire going over your child’s current sleep situation and any concerns around your child’s sleep. I will then send you a customized Sleep Plan and schedule a one hour Zoom/Facetime meeting to discuss the Sleep Plan and options for approaching your baby’s sleep. For two weeks you will submit a Daily Sleep Log for me to review and give feedback (If you already have an app or baby monitor that tracks this, that would work just fine!) along with answering any questions via text/email.

Who is this For?
This package is great for parents that want a plan and support along the way. Parents will find support and accountability to follow through with the plan and I will give minor adjustments to plan depending on how it’s going. Being able to ask questions will allow parents to get real time support to help ensure success in their sleep training journey. I will be your cheerleader and your day-to-day support system to help your family get the best sleep possible.

Ask Me Anything Call
1 Hour
$175

How does this work?
1 hour virtual call with me to go over your child’s specific sleep situation and I will give you strategies to implement to improve it!

I will ask you to fill out the Family Information Questionnaire and to send me questions and concerns you have along with your child’s current typical daily schedule and your routines around sleep (along with any info from apps/baby monitors/etc). The more detailed the info I have about you, your family’s values, and your goals, the more I can prepare to answer your questions and give you an idea for a plan. If you only have a rough idea of this, keeping a log for a few days will be helpful before our call.

I will break down the basic information and research around biological sleep norms, what sleep training is, pros and cons of different approaches, safe sleep guidelines, and a realistic timeline of how each will work.

I will make suggestions based on what you are comfortable with and your overall sleep goals. I will not push one method, and I can help you learn about different methods in order to find what is right for you.

Who is this for?
This is great for parents that feel like they will be able to implement changes once they know what to do and are trying to figure out the right method for their family. Perhaps most things are figured out in terms of sleep, but just need some fine-tuning. Also great for follow-ups for those who have sleep trained but need some help with new developmental changes and troubleshooting minor sleep issues. If you are looking for support in teaching your child independent sleep for the first time, I highly recommend a two week consultation along with the added text support along the way.

PLATINUM
LIVE “Hands On” 3-Day Virtual Intensive (Includes everything from Premium + Basic plus 6 additional hours of live support and additional phone/text/email support)
$2000

How does this work?
This starts with a 1-hour planning session to go over current sleep situation and parent concerns, plan timing for intensive and go over goals, expectations, and methods. We will block out 3 consecutive days that I will be present on facetime/Zoom for sleep onset for one daytime nap and for bedtime routine, watching baby monitor with you, walking you through it step by step, coaching you through minute by minute. Unlimited Text/Email/Phone support between 9 AM and 9 PM during the 3 days. Daily email follow-up of sleep log review/feedback/advice for 2 weeks along with text/email support for questions/concerns/support.

Who is this For?
For Parents who are very worried about implementing sleep plan and would prefer to have someone right there to let them know they are on the right track. This doesn’t look the same for everyone, and doesn’t necessarily include any crying, but the plan and therefore expected results will be customized for each family. This would be a great choice for those that have tried various methods on their own but didn’t feel like they worked, or even for a family that isn’t sure where to start and just wants a bit more guidance and support through the process.

FAQs

Will you tell me I have to let my baby cry-it-out?

No. I can give you information about extinction (cry-it-out) or gradual extinction approaches (controlled crying), what that means, what that looks like, how it works, but I don’t have a one size fits all approach. I have found that for most families a full extinction approach is not feasible nor desirable. There are more gradual approaches, and ones that include parental presence, and it is my goal to help you find the right approach for you that will make you feel the most comfortable and have the most success.

What if I… breastfeed, formula feed, rock baby, bedshare, feed to sleep, use pacifier, don’t use pacifier, have a baby in daycare, etc etc etc?

I am here to help, not to judge or give my personal opinion on your parenting choices. You can learn more about sleep, have reasonable expectations of sleep based on your baby’s age, make small changes and gradual shifts, and I can work with your family’s values and goals, and come up with personalized strategies that you will be comfortable with.

What if it doesn’t work for my child?

We will go over your goals and come up with a customized plan and realistic expectations of changes you want to see. There are methods with faster results and some slower, “scenic” routes, and I will make sure you are feeling good about your sleep situation, whatever that may be. No matter what we choose we will discuss normal infant sleep behavior by age, and any regressions/setbacks that can be expected over time. If your expectations are aligned with our approach, and despite following my guidance and following through with plan, but you aren’t happy with the results, we can schedule a complimentary one hour session to go over what’s not working and troubleshoot.
